Storage clients can access exhibit properties via web-based inventory management system
E&E Exhibit Solutions announces it has purchased a second building for the primary purpose of warehousing its clients’ trade show exhibit storage properties and the company’s growing inventory of exhibit rentals. Located in Chandler just minutes from the company’s headquarters in Tempe, the brand new 11,610-square-foot facility features 24-ft. high ceilings, professional exhibit storage racks and a ramp to facilitate loading and unloading materials onto and off of freight trucks.
“We are very excited to invest in the additional building to support our clients and growing business. Our new facility provides us with three times as much exhibit storage space and complete control over logistics, including staging, packing, shipping and receiving of client properties and exhibit rentals,” said Cynthia Chaddock, COO/CFO of E&E Exhibit Solutions.
The new warehouse building is fully air-conditioned and also features 1,100 square-feet of office space for warehouse staff, in addition to a large staging area to build and preview new client displays and custom exhibit rentals (in authorized states). There is also space for warehouse staff to perform exhibit refurbishment and repairs.
Clients who store their trade show exhibits with E&E Exhibit Solutions also have 24/7 real-time access to their display properties through the company’s web-based event and inventory management system, which is an efficient and convenient way for trade show and event marketers to schedule, track and manage event programs, Chaddock said.
“At our headquarters, the company now plans to utilize the additional space to expand our graphic production department. This will allow us ample space to offer new printing capabilities and graphic services to our clients,” Chaddock said.
