E&E expands with new venture E&E Graphic Innovations

E&E Graphic Innovations to specialize in non-trade show, large format digital printing

E&E Graphic Innovations is open for business to offer companies in the U.S. and local Phoenix area a new, professional resource for large format digital printing. The new venture is a sister company to E&E Exhibit Solutions, a veteran in the trade show and event industry. E&E Graphic Innovations specializes in non-trade show large format printing, such as vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics and retail signage.

"We are launching E&E Graphic Innovations as a natural extension of what we already do on a daily basis in large format digital printing," said Cynthia Chaddock, COO/CFO of E&E Exhibit Solutions. "Trade shows, corporate events and brand environments are in high demand and we are positioned to accommodate each market. We have, in fact, been producing non-trade show and commercial graphic applications for quite some time."

Over the past 18 years, E&E Exhibit Solutions' graphic department has evolved tremendously due to increased demand from clients for not only a higher volume but also a wider variety of large format digital printing projects. In response, the company continues to invest in space and the latest printing and production equipment. "With this combination of expansion, upgraded equipment and expertly trained production staff, we felt that this was the right time to formally introduce E&E Graphic Innovations to the marketplace. The newest printing technology addition to the company is the EFI Rastek H652, the first entry-level UV hybrid printer in Arizona which delivers best-in-class photographic image quality. According to E&E's Graphic Production Manager Ronnie Collender, "This machine allows us to be more creative with sign making—trade show, outdoor, commercial, retail graphics or graphics of any type." The Rastek H652 can print direct to any rigid substrate up to 2 inches thick, including bonded metal, unfinished wood, low-pile carpet and synthetic flooring. "We can print on more substrates, at increased output, and at better quality," Collender said.

Michael Hannan brings 15+ years of industry know-how to growing trade show display company

E&E Exhibit Solutions welcomes Michael Hannan to its team of trade show professionals. The trade show display company hired Michael as its new warehouse manager. He leads a team of logistic specialists, who manage client exhibit properties and E&E’s inventory of exhibit rentals. Michael brings with him more than 15 years of experience in event logistics, including installation, shipping, audio-visual, carpentry and customer service.

“We are so excited that Michael is on our team. His prior experience and understanding of our industry’s logistic needs has already proven invaluable,” said Cynthia Chaddock, COO/CFO at E&E Exhibit Solutions. According to company President Daniel Chaddock, “Michael brings a can-do attitude to our warehouse. He works until the job gets done and is able to successfully bridge the gap between sales and logistics. Clients will appreciate how Michael treats each property like it’s his own and takes the utmost care when preparing exhibits before each show.”

Having spent a number of years working at other trade show display company warehouses, Michael has a mastery of servicing client accounts and understands the time-sensitive nature of trade shows. Michael’s goals for the warehouse and logistics department include hiring more staff to handle increased demand, improving the efficiency of current procedures and online systems and performing in-house carpentry.

“E&E is more a progressive display house than others I’ve worked at before. I also feel like part of a team and share in the successes of other departments,” Michael said about working for the trade show display company. Michael also has an eye for aesthetics and design concepts. In his spare time, he is a resident artist at a local Phoenix art gallery and specializes in found object art.

Storage clients can access exhibit properties via web-based inventory management system

E&E Exhibit Solutions announces it has purchased a second building for the primary purpose of warehousing its clients’ trade show exhibit storage properties and the company’s growing inventory of exhibit rentals. Located in Chandler just minutes from the company’s headquarters in Tempe, the brand new 11,610-square-foot facility features 24-ft. high ceilings, professional exhibit storage racks and a ramp to facilitate loading and unloading materials onto and off of freight trucks.

The new warehouse building is fully air-conditioned and also features 1,100 square-feet of office space for warehouse staff, in addition to a large staging area to build and preview new client displays and custom exhibit rentals. Arizona trade show display company’s growth fueled growing client base, increased trade show rental exhibit sales

For the third straight year, E&E Exhibit Solutions, a Tempe-based trade show displays company, is proud to announce its selection to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies. With growth of 102.7 percent and revenue increases of $2.3 million ($2.3 million in 2005 to $4.6 million in 2008), E&E Exhibit Solutions jumped 315 positions to earn the 2,788 spot on this year’s ranking.

“I’m delighted to not only make the list again but to keep climbing up the rankings. Rental display from E&E Exhibit Solutions wins design award for client Hemsley Fraser

The custom exhibit designed by E&E won Best Island Booth at the American Society for Training & Development's 2009 Conference & Expo

Hemsley Fraser’s new trade show exhibit brought plenty of words to visitors’ minds when it debuted May 31 at the American Society for Training & Development’s 2009 Conference – like “intriguing,” “interactive” and “just plain fun” to name a few. But chances are “rental” wasn’t one of them.

That’s because the ASTD exhibit – a 30x30 island displays designed around Hemsley Fraser’s “Espresso” corporate training program – didn’t look like typical booth rentals. Instead, it featured a custom “WorldCafé” scene, complete with “baristas” who provided visitors with espresso drinks and an overview to the company’s worldwide offerings in the learning and development space.

Despite its conceptual, highly-customized design, the exhibit wasn’t a major expenditure for Hemsley Fraser; it came from Arizona-based E&E Exhibit Solutions’ extensive trade show exhibit rentals, where clients can choose from thousands of components to create a nearly endless number of custom looks and functions.

“This design award proves that today’s rentals are more than simple pop-up booths or tabletop displays,” said Daniel Chaddock, president of E&E Exhibit Solutions. “With our custom rental exhibit program, we can now create unique displays using premier materials for our clients, without the capital expense of purchasing the exhibit.”

In a year where many marketing budgets have been cut and some companies are skipping annual shows to save costs, Hemsley Fraser is one of many clients taking advantage of E&E’s enhanced rental options, Chaddock also noted.

“Clients are coming to us looking for unique, high-profile designs, but they’re also looking hard at costs and ways to save. Hemsley Fraser identified several hundred leads at the event and attributes its increased visibility to the booth design. “Our exhibit was extremely eye-catching and could be seen from anywhere on the trade show floor. The unique 16’ wall and overhead banners created a real sense of being in a place – the WorldCafé. Tempe-based trade show display company E&E Exhibit Solutions was named Partner of the Year by Exponents, Inc., a leading trade show exhibit manufacturer, at EXHIBITOR 2009, the national educational conference for trade show and corporate event marketers held March 22-26 in Las Vegas.

The award comes on the heels of a very successful 2008 for E&E Exhibit Solutions. In addition to earning a spot on the Inc. 5,000 list of fastest-growing companies for the second consecutive year, E&E also worked directly with Exponents to launch an extensive trade show exhibit rentals – one of the primary reasons E&E was selected for the Partner of the Year designation.

“E&E has been a top-performing and valued partner for many years,” said Rip Jones, vice president of sales for Exponents. “With their additional support in developing and launching a rental program in 2008, E&E has become a big part of our success and a unanimous choice for our Partner of the Year Award.”

Designed to help clients trim expenses while maintaining important trade show appearances, the rental program has been a hit amongst local and national clients – including LaPolla Industries, Inc., a Texas-based manufacturer of spray polyurethane foams and acrylic coatings with offices in Tempe, which used a custom rental exhibit featuring Exponents’ LUMITURE and LUMINENTS lines for January’s International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.

LaPolla came to E&E looking for a new exhibit for its upcoming IBS show, but was hesitant about making a large capital investment during a tough economic climate – especially one they would need to live with for as long as five years. To help solve this problem, E&E presented LaPolla with a custom rental, as well as a three-show package at a substantial discount. In addition, E&E helped LaPolla repurpose some existing graphic elements, which further lowered operating costs. Finally, E&E offered LaPolla the option to apply a portion of the rental costs toward a new exhibit build, if LaPolla decided it wanted to purchase the exhibit after the show.

“In a tough economic climate, we believe it’s more important that a company be present at its industry event rather than cancel the show due to budget cuts. Renting an exhibit allows companies to exhibit without the capital investment of purchasing,” said Daniel Chaddock, president of E&E Exhibit Solutions. “By designing a custom rental exhibit package tailored to LaPolla’s needs, we were able to not just cut LaPolla’s costs, but put their mind at ease for future shows as well.”

Stephanie Gssime, marketing director for LaPolla Industries, agreed. “Working with E&E Exhibit Solutions allowed us to keep this important industry event on our 2009 schedule without committing to a new exhibit build up front.
