Job Description:

E&E Exhibit Solutions is the premier and expanding trade show display and graphics company in Greater Phoenix. This job is located in Tempe, Ariz.

Due to tremendous growth, E&E is currently hiring an outstanding, professional, detail-oriented individual who wants to learn and grow with our company. This is a perfect position to begin a career in the exciting and challenging trade show industry. You would be assisting an Account Executive and working in a fun, friendly, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a “can do” attitude and is self-driven to complete all projects efficiently and effectively. Attention to detail, professional appearance, verbal and written communication skills are required. Sound decision-making and smarts are what we are looking for.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and people skills while working independently
  • Clear and effective writing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good organization and time management
  • Good business acumen for prioritizing workload and for recognizing opportunities and/or red-flag situations
  • Take charge personality with a strong desire to get projects completed accurately and successfully
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Proven business common sense a must
  • Strong work ethic, “can do” attitude and willingness to provide excellent customer service. Strong motivation to do a great job.

Computer Skills Requirements:

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
  • Experience with CRM programs

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m to 5 p.m.

Salary/Benefits Comments:

Salary Range: $28,000 - $32,000

Founded in 1995, E&E Exhibit Solutions is a full-service exhibit house located in Tempe, Arizona. Representing the top manufacturers in the industry, we provide a complete line of pop-up and custom portable displays and accessories for trade shows, events and retail outlets. In addition, we offer in-house graphic design and production and coordination of logistic services, including onsite storage, shipping and installation and dismantle labor.
